I was disappointed when I received my order. It would have been most helpful if your web entry had specified precisely how many of which connector had been included in the pack. My cages, which I bought from you as self assembled kits, sit on concrete patios and are free standing using more tubes and more connectors. However when I explained my dilemma to your brilliant customer service lady, she immediately solved my problem, showing great tack and understanding.
